Business Attraction


As part of the attraction efforts staff contracts with an information/marketing services provider to commercial real estate professionals. This data source is used to form attraction campaigns for new companies such as the technology, R&D, green related, aeronautics, and other industries that bring the highly skilled and higher educated labor force.

Due to its location and unconventional approach to working with the development and business communities, the city of Corona attracted new development as well as new companies. The city departments worked together to facilitate and streamline the process so that companies experience smooth transitions.

Some notable attractions projects:

Eibach Springs, an international manufacturer of performance suspension kits for Indy, Kart, Motocross and many more motorsport organizations utilized the Team Corona process when relocating to Corona. The Team helped facilitate and expedite the move so the company could be operational within their required timelines. 

Anchor Blue, a clothing retailer with more than 200 stores in the western United States and Florida relocated their corporate headquarters to the Corona Pointe office center. Team Corona helped facilitate meetings leading to the transaction.

SMS Supercars, an internationally known custom car manufacturer relocated to Corona from Irvine. SMS caters to auto enthusiasts from across the globe for their muscle cars and great looks. When in search for a new location, Team Corona was pivotal in getting SMS into the facility and operating.
